Below are some of are common questions about orders

You can place an order directly through our online shop by browsing the menu, adding your favourites to your cart, and completing checkout with your preferred pickup or delivery option. If you prefer a more personal touch, you can also order through our Instagram by sending us a DM with what you’d like, and we’ll confirm availability and next steps.

Once you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with all the details, including your selected pickup or delivery option. If you order through Instagram DM, we’ll confirm your request directly in the chat and provide next steps so you know your order is secured.

At the moment, address changes aren’t available once an order has been placed. As a one‑person shop, I start preparing orders quickly to keep everything fresh and on schedule. If you made a mistake or need help, feel free to reach out through Instagram DM or my contact page and I’ll do my best to assist if timing allows.

Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

Not at the moment. As a one‑person shop, I’m currently focused on local orders to ensure everything stays fresh and handled with care. International shipping may be added in the future as the business grows. For updates, you can follow along on Instagram or TikTok where I share new flavours, seasonal drops, and announcements.

For custom orders, I require at least two weeks’ notice so I can prep ingredients, plan your batch, and confirm all details with you.

For larger orders over $500, please reach out one month in advance so I can schedule production time and ensure everything is made fresh and on time.

Once your order is ready, I’ll confirm your pickup or delivery details directly with you.

As everything is made fresh and in small batches, I’m not able to accept returns at this time. For cancellations, there is a 50% fee for any order cancelled within 1 week of the scheduled pickup or delivery date, and a 100% fee for cancellations made within 48 hours. By that point, your order has already been prepared, and I’m not able to recover the time, ingredients, or labour that went into it. If you need help or have questions, feel free to reach out through Instagram, TikTok, or via text and I’ll do my best to assist.
